WebbHi, Brian, I follow the document and use generateLef command to convert the .tf file to the .lef file. There are two warnings though. They are "Unsupported capacitance unit name: ff" and " Unsupported time unit name: ps". I found that the cap and time unit definition in the .tf file is ff and ps. The lef file is still generated.
