That said, there isn’t going to be any resolution or detection difference between the two 640px cores, just as the BAE 12-micron core isn’t the least bit better in that department than their previous generation 17-micron core (in fact, some insist the 17um core is still better). WebJan 6, 2024 · I'd check out the Iray ML19, Its $1500 less expensive than the MH25 and i think as a helmet mountable thermal I think its pretty good. Granted when you start zooming in the MH25 is gonna kill the ML19 but on 1x / 2x the ML19 looks like a solid performer. the ML19 is more in line with the Flir Breach but has a better sensor.
