WebJan 31, 2010 · If you want to work your 6.0 with trailers, snow plows off-roading, mountain driving you need to put ARP head-studs, & go to 4" exhaust then you will have better fuel mileage & longevity. I have a 2004 F350 crew cab short box with Cold air intake 4" exhaust with dual tail pipes. 9'2 Boss V-blade plow & 8' rear blade.

WebJan 24, 2024 · If you want to be sure its not a problem with the egr cooler, then do this- put a blocker plate in between the exhaust riser and the cooler, and route the coolant hose to bypass the cooler. Drive it and see what happens. The turbo is not going to be the culprit causing your problem.
