WebHunting grounds are great. Randos are fine. The amount of xp to level a weapon needs to be cut to 1/5th. Yes, an 80% reduction. It is ridiculous. With full power surged gear, reforging to level 1 doesn't set you back to fighting lesser gnashers. I struggled with the level 20 behemoths, but level 10 behemoths at level 1 gear was totally fine.
