WebApr 11, 2024 · Internet not working from past 13 days. My broadband is not working from 31st March, I have called many times and BT just says openreach engineers are working but they don't know when it will fixed. Everytime I check the fault report they just postpone the estimate fix date from 2nd april to 5th april to 11th april and today it shows 13th April.
